HOA Information
MEMBERSHIP
Every Homeowner, in good standing, of a Deed Restricted Property within Florida Estates is a Member of the HOA. The Declarations, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws are posted on this website at the Documents HOA link on the menu at the top of the page. Membership Fees, currently $150 per year are due by January 1st each year (for the upcoming year). The Annual Membership Meeting is held on a Saturday in February and all Members are entitled to one vote per deed restricted lot provided that their dues are paid up for the year.
NOTICES
Notices for Board Meetings are posted at the Clubhouse at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, including Agenda items to be discussed at the Meeting.
14 day Notice will be posted and delivered to the Membership for any Board Meeting where Special Assessments, Rules Regarding Parcel Use or Petitioned Items will be discussed.
The Annual Meeting of Members usually is scheduled for the First Saturday in February. Special Meetings of Members can be any time of year, when needed.
Notices of Member Meetings are mailed, emailed or hand delivered to all Members in good standing at their addresses of record or sent to their authorized email addresses if one has been filed.

Mailing or Email updates must be in writing. Preferably using the Homeowners Registration Form and Email Consent Form are available from the office.
