
Member Meetings
Every February on a Saturday & as needed
Notices of Member Meetings are mailed, emailed or hand delivered 15 to 30 days before the scheduled date to all Members in good standing at their addresses of record or authorized email addresses. Date, Time and Place (generally at The Clubhouse); Treasurer's Report, Proposed Budget, Agenda items,-if any, a list of candidates running for election and any other items to be considered and voted upon at the meeting are all included in your packet. A Proxy form is also included for those who cannot make the meeting to be able to have the opportunity to have their vote counted.
​There is usually plenty of time to socialize and meet your neighbors before the meeting starts and while the votes are being counted.
